So it’s the start of a new year and your resolution is to be fitter, healthier and lose some weight. It’s only day 5 of 2017 but we all know your new year’s resolution probably won’t last and your goal to lose weight before the summer holidays will soon be slipping out of reach, unlike that last mince pie. New year’s resolution rarely work because people tend to view them as short term solutions which will only become harder and harder to stick to as life gets busier. You don’t need a fad diet, you need discipline. Making small, but consistent, changes to your diet and exercise regime will help you to get the body you want eventually, but making a resolution probably won’t.
